You agreed to refund me but when I looked at my refund you only refunded two thirds of the amount I paid! I don't consider this good customer service

Utimatly it has been Royal Mail that failed to deliver my parcel. However I have contacted this company several time now and have had no communication back in regards to my Order and getting a refund.
There phone number is out of use and no one responded to emails.

Stress No More is a great company and provides a great service for people's intimate needs. The customer service is very good and they are happen to respond quickly if there are any issues. Great communication.

Very good service, and very good quality product, well worth the money.

The magnetic wrist support has really helped with my problem but unfortunately they don’t last long as they tear how ever careful I’ve been. I can’t afford to keep buying them.

I have since had stressnomore get in touch with me and they have apologised and are giving me a refund and £5 off anything else I order. They have been very caring and helpful.

I ordered my product on your website from Switzerland ,I got it with DPD company and all was fine, but later as DPD asked me for more delivery payment ,there was no feed back at all from the company stressnomore! Now when I have a problem with a delivery cost from DPD and there is an arguable question, I have written on company's email address TWICE and one time also on the site in the form to contact the company! On 5th and 9th of July! But still got no reply! Not a very good experience which does add more stress actually! Sorry!

I think this spray seems to be more effective than the one we used previously; however, our lovely cat is still urinating on the same rug so it's a work in progress.

A range of excellent product for people having troubles and a cancer operation

Unfortunately the item I ordered was unsuitable but the return and refund process was excellent. Had problem with return label which was rectified quickly and I received my refund within a couple of days. First class customer service, would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The reason for not giving 5 stars. Is each time I have placed an order on line the discount which has been offered will not come allow to be taken off.

Great product, easy to use. Very efficient at applying lotion evenly.
